Grace

Grace is the interruption of egoic continuity.

It is not caused by effort, discipline, or logic.

Grace is what allows the ego to momentarily not act according to self-preservation.

It appears as:

  • sudden clarity
  • unexpected surrender
  • uncaused openness

Grace is always available, but requires non-resistance.

It is like sunlight—constant, but only received when one steps out of enclosure.
