- Take notes or jot down any insights that spark creativity or contemplation.
Create First Thing
- Spend 20-30 minutes working on something that excites you.
- Create from love: Whether it’s a small project, a piece of writing, or brainstorming ideas, get into the habit of starting your day with creation.
Set Your “If-Then” Conditions
- Reflect on potential challenges you might face today and how you’ll handle them.
- Example: If I get distracted, then I’ll take 3 deep breaths and refocus.
