Unconsciousness
Automatic Thought → Reaction → Habit → Identity

No Direct Seeing
Unconsciousness is not the absence of awareness, but the absence of direct seeing.
In this state, life is mechanical:
- Thoughts arise automatically
- Reactions follow instantly
- Patterns repeat without observation
The individual believes they are aware, but this awareness is superficial—it does not penetrate the structure of thought.
This creates a condition similar to a psychological coma:
- Movement exists
- Function exists
- But clarity is absent
Unconsciousness sustains itself by:
- Constant mental activity
- Narrative construction
- Avoidance of discomfort
The moment unconsciousness is clearly seen, it weakens.
Because seeing is already a movement of consciousness.
